What is the difference between HD Lace and Transparent Lace?
HD Lace (High Definition lace) is the thinnest lace you will find on the market. As a result, HD lace will offer you the most undetectable application with minimal customization needed. HD lace can be used by all skin tones. One thing to note is that HD lace is extremely delicate and will rip easily if not handled with care. Avoid bleaching the knots of your HD lace, chemicals can cause the knots & lace to weaken and may promote shedding. Use a concealer powder in lieu of bleach.
Transparent Lace sold at REMY & VIRGIN™ Hair Extensions offers a high quality swiss lace. This lace is not as thin as HD lace but is much more durable. To wear, transparent lace will need to be tinted using a lace tint or make up powder to match your skin tone One of the major benefits of transparent lace is its ability to be tinted to match any skin color.
- As soon as you receive the shipment, all lace products have to be visually examined and can be gently combed to make sure everything looks perfect before the products are co-washed or used. If you find anything unusual please reach us out ASAP before co-washing or using it
- All our closures and frontals are measured from the perimeter/Forehead down and not from the middle.
- Avoid bleaching the knots of your lace, chemicals can cause the knots & lace to weaken and may promote shedding. Use a concealer powder in lieu of bleach.
- Please handle the lace very gently, we do not own responsible for any tangle/damages caused by improper handling of the lace products during and after the co-wash.
- We highly recommend you to watch the Video on how to co-wash the Lace products properly without causing any tangle or damage.
- Most of the issues with lace products can be avoided by handling them properly and gently during co-wash and installations. Please read and follow the instruction in the hair care guide for proper care and raw hair maintenance for all our Hair products.

Remy & Virgin extensions Carries only 3 Natural Textures: Natural straight, Natural Wavy and Natural Curly. Since we only sell raw hair each bundle is from a distinct individual, each bundles are unique. Though very similar, no two bundles are the exact same in texture, color and pattern. As we try our best to pair the most alike bundles together, it’s possible to receive bundles that are slightly to moderately different in color shade and texture.
Please mention you preference in Order Note in the Checkout page. Order notes are not guaranteed, however, our fulfillment processors will do their very best to accommodate your request(s).
All HAIR comes in its natural off black to medium/light brown shades.We do try our best to choose bundles as requested but since raw hair is natural the softness/coarseness/texture/shades may be slightly different from what you exactly expect, you have to know the right products to be used and the maintenance required to keep the hair styled and maintained the way you like it to be.
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. However, Sewing through the wefts will cause the wefts to loosen, unravel, and shed excessively.
To keep your wefts in good condition and reusable, we suggest sewing around the wefts. In addition, we also suggest folding the wefts rather than cutting the weft, Cut the wefts only if its necessary and make sure you putting a drop of weft sealer adhesive on each end of the cut wefts to help prevent shedding .
We DON’T offer any Refunds or Exchanges once the has been used/installed.
SINGLE DRAWN DISCLAIMER
All of our hair is single drawn meaning the hair is stitched onto the weft exactly how it grew off the individual’s head,(a single donor). Single drawn hair contains various lengths throughout the bundle. However, the overall length is determined by the longest hair strands.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HAIR
All our products are measured as stretch lengths meaning,Your hair extensions should be measured by stretching of the hair to the end .
Start 0 at the weft and measure to the ends of the bundle pulling the hair. All curly & wavy hair extensions must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Again, start 0 at the weft; pull the hair straight from the ends, and the length will be at the tips of the hair. Each bundle will not measure exactly when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can affect the fall of each strand.

Orders placed Monday through Friday with express shipping will go out the same day if the order is placed before 1 PM (EST).We do not ship on Weekends and Holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays gets shipped on next business day.Any orders with express shipping placed after 1 PM EST / Weekends / Holidays will not be shipped out until the next business day.

At REMY & VIRGIN™ Hair Extensions, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair goes through a rigorous triple-point inspection to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
We are proud to offer a no-hassle 7 day returns and exchanges on all our hair extensions from the date of delivery. Any return request for exchange not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.
It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied with the product before you Install. So IMMEDIATELY once order is delivered, please complete the below checks/test while in the security/zip ties. After the security ties are removed or the product is used/altered/installed, any possibility for return/exchange is voided. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Please reach us to initiate an exchange/return.
a) Inspect the product and ensure that there is no imperfections/differences in the products.
b) We request you to Shampoo wash, conditioner wash and air dry the hair to make sure you like the final texture/thickness/curl patters etc that you get after the co-wash with the products that you use.
c) once the hair is air dried comb the hair with a wide tooth to ensure there is no shedding.
d) Before you color the entire product, bleach test a few strands to ensure that the hair takes the bleach/colors.
REMY & VIRGIN™ do not accept any responsibility for any issues that arise once the product is used/altered and issues post installation or cared for incorrectly,(Returns/Exchanges) are not permitted. This includes damage due to color treatments or bleaching, cutting, any hair maintenance Issues, incorrect installation, any other purpose of if any products damage your hair or skin as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions.Please check our Hair Care Guide to understand more about how to properly treat, Manage and Maintain Raw Hair.
Always Co-Wash the bundles before install:
Co-washing your extensions is an essential step, because it not only gently cleanse the hair but to also add luster, shine and bounce back the real natural texture of the hair and helps you to ensure the hair is flawless before install.However, It is important that you keep the plastic security band around (do not remove the security ties).
You will be able to detect any issues with your bundles/Hair during co-wash. If you do, PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY and contact us right-away to discuss the problems and we will resolve them accordingly.Please DO NOT proceed to bleach/Install and/or make wig or manipulate with products further AS THIS WILL CAUSE ANY EXISTING ISSUE(S) TO WORSEN.
Returns or Exchanges must meet the following conditions:
Request must be raised within 7 dayfrom the date of delivery. Any return request for exchange not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.Must not be used or altered or damaged: Note thatperming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, chemically altering, applying hair product, perfume, including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays, flat ironing or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, damaging the weft, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange PolicyZip ties and tags must be intact.Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
