EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 At REMY & VIRGIN™ Hair Extensions, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair goes through a rigorous triple-point inspection to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Once order is delivered to your address PLEASE INSPECT PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY. We request you to wash, condition, and air dry the hair while in the security/zip ties to ensure full satisfaction before using the product. After the security ties are removed, any possibility for return is voided.

Any EXTREME tangling, matting, shedding while you co-wash PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY US RIGHT AWAY! Please DO NOT proceed to bleach and/or make wig or manipulate with products further AS THIS WILL CAUSE ANY EXISTING ISSUE(S) TO WORSEN. Please contact us right away for immediate attention.

 We DO NOT offer any Refunds or Exchanges once hair has been used or installed.

We are proud to offer a no-hassle 7 day returns and exchanges on all our hair extensions from the date of delivery. Any return request for exchange not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.

 Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

 Returns or Exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Must not be used or altered or damaged:  Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, chemically altering, applying hair product, perfume, including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays, flat ironing or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, damaging the weft, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy
  • Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
  • Must have proof of purchase, must be in original packaging with tags.
  • Customer bears all the shipping Expense: For all approved return & Exchange customer must send the product back at your own expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with tracking information. REMY & VIRGIN™ will not be held responsible for lost packages
  • All returned products are inspected Upon receipt of the product. If it is evident that the item is determined to be used or tampered with, the products gets disqualified for any returns/exchange. you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return. You will be granted the option to pay the shipping fee for its return to you. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return to you, the item will be held for 30 days and then destroyed

Easy Refund:

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are applied to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking, original shipping & Insurance fees.
  • Click the link contact us and complete the form. In the Message section Provide the reason for Return, Order#, Name, Phone Number.  wait for approval.
  • Ship the Product once we Approve, the product(s) must be sent back to us in its original condition as mentioned in the conditions above in order to process the refund.
  • For all approved returns, customer must send the product back at your own expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with tracking information. REMY & VIRGIN™ will not be held responsible for lost packages
  • All returned products are inspected Upon receipt of the product.   • No Restocking Fee for Exchanges.

  • If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your return or exchange, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution or you will have to wait until we restock

 Sales and Promotions

Products Purchased during any Promotional sale/discounted Price/ clearance Sale cannot be returned and are excluded from our Refunds & Returns policy. This also includes orders with promo codes. 

 POST INSTALLATION ISSUES

 REMY & VIRGIN™ do not accept any responsibility for any issues that arise post installation or cared for incorrectly (Returns/Exchanges) are not permitted. This includes damage due to color treatments or bleaching, cutting, any hair maintenance Issues, incorrect installation, any other purpose of if any products damage your hair or skin as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions.

Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. Please check our Hair care guide to understand more about how to properly treat, Manage and Maintain Raw Hair.

 REMY & VIRGIN™ has the right to refuse any return/exchange request. REMY & VIRGIN™ reserves the right to change/modify our policies at any time without giving prior notification.
