Exchanges & Returns

7-day Returns (unused/unaltered):

At REMY & VIRGIN™, we strive for customer satisfaction. We are proud to offer a no-hassle 7-day returns and exchanges policy on all our hair extensions from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused or unaltered. Please note that once the security ties are removed or if the product is used, altered, or installed, any possibility for return is voided.

Restocking Fee and Refunds:

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers merchant fees (exchanges are exempt from restocking fees). Refunds will be applied to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees.

Customer bears all the shipping Expense:

For all approved return & Exchange customer must send the product back at your own expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with tracking information. REMY & VIRGIN™ will not be held responsible for lost packages.

REMY & VIRGIN™ Disclaimers:

REMY & VIRGIN™ does not accept any responsibility for any issues that arise once the product is used, altered, or if issues occur post-installation or due to incorrect care. Returns or exchanges are not permitted in such cases. This includes damage resulting from color treatments or bleaching, cutting, any hair maintenance issues, incorrect installation, or any other purpose. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage to your hair or skin resulting from misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions.

Returns or Exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Must raise return request within 7 days from date of delivery
  • Must be in the security ties
  • Must not be used or altered
  • Must not be wet or damp
  • Must not be chemically altered
  • Must have proof of purchase
  • Must be in original packaging with tags

Returns or Exchanges must follow these directions:

  1. Click Here to raise a return/exchange request and wait for approval, return address will be provided to you in our response email.
  2. Once approved, Ship the package at your own expense and email us the tracking details.
  3. After we receive the return and confirm its unused/unaltered, we’ll issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return. 

Pre-Installation Steps:

We strongly recommend following the pre-installation steps outlined in our hair care guide  to ensure the hair is flawless before installation. If you are 100% unsatisfied with the product, please refrain from using, altering, or installing it.

Product Inspection:

All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure quality. We recommend inspecting the product as soon as you receive it to check for any imperfections or differences.

Product Satisfaction:

To ensure full satisfaction before using the product, you may wash, condition, let the hair air-dry and heat style the hair while it is in the security ties. If you detect any issues or are unsatisfied for any reason before using the product, please contact us immediately to discuss the problems, and we will resolve them accordingly.

Promotional Sales and Clearance Items:

Products purchased during any promotional sale, discounted price, or clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged and are excluded from our Exchange & Returns policy. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. 

Custom-Made Products:

Returns or exchanges are not permitted for any custom-made products.
