Returns & Exchanges

 At REMY & VIRGIN™ Hair Extensions, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair goes through a rigorous triple-point inspection to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. 

We are proud to offer a no-hassle 7 day returns and exchanges on all our hair extensions from the date of delivery. Any return request for exchange not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.

It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied with the product before you Install.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reasonPlease reach us to initiate an exchange/return. 

So IMMEDIATELY once order is delivered, please complete the below checks/test while in the security/zip ties. After the security ties are removed or the product is used/altered/installed, any possibility for return/exchange is voided.

a) Inspect the product and ensure that there is no imperfections/differences in the products.

b) We request you to Shampoo wash, conditioner wash and air dry the hair to make sure you like the final texture/thickness/curl patters etc that you get after the co-wash with the products that you use.

c) once the hair is air dried comb the hair with a wide tooth to ensure there is no shedding.

d) Heat style a few strands to make sure that the hair holds the curls the way you like it to hold post installation.

e) Before you color the entire product, bleach test a few strands to ensure that the hair takes the bleach/colors.

REMY & VIRGIN™ do not accept any responsibility for any issues that arise once the product is used/altered and issues post installation or cared for incorrectly,(Returns/Exchanges) are not permitted. This includes damage due to color treatments or bleaching, cutting, any hair maintenance Issues, incorrect installation, any other purpose of if any products damage your hair or skin as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions.Please check our Hair Care Guide to understand more about how to properly treat, Manage and Maintain Raw Hair.

Always Co-Wash the bundles before install:

 Co-washing your extensions is an essential step, because it not only gently cleanse the hair but to also add luster, shine and bounce back the real natural texture of the hair and helps you to ensure the hair is flawless before install.However, It is important that you keep the plastic security band around (do not remove the security ties). 

You will be able to detect any issues with your bundles/Hair during co-wash. If you do, PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY  and contact us right-away to discuss the problems and we will resolve them accordingly.Please DO NOT proceed to bleach/Install and/or make wig or manipulate with products further AS THIS WILL CAUSE ANY EXISTING ISSUE(S) TO WORSEN.

 

 Returns or Exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 7 day from the date of delivery. Any return request for exchange not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.
  • Must not be used or altered or damaged:  Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, chemically altering, applying hair product, perfume, including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays, flat ironing or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, damaging the weft, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy
  • Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund. Must have proof of purchase, must be in original packaging with tags.
  • Customer bears all the shipping Expense: For all approved return & Exchange customer must send the product back at your own expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with tracking information. REMY & VIRGIN™ will not be held responsible for lost packages.**We do NOT refund original shipping charge & transaction Fees**
  • All returned products are inspected Upon receipt of the product. If it is evident that the item is determined to be used or tampered with, the products gets disqualified for any returns/exchange. you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return. You will be granted the option to pay the shipping fee for its return to you. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return to you, the item will be held for 30 days and then destroyed
  • Products Purchased during any Promotional sale/discounted Price/ clearance Sale cannot be returned/exchanged and are excluded from our Refunds & Returns policy. This also includes orders with promo codes.For all custom made products like Clip-ins, Ponytails,Wigs. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
  • REMY & VIRGIN™ do not accept any responsibility for any issues that arise post installation or used/cared for incorrectly (Returns/Exchanges) are not permitted. 

Easy Refund:

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover merchant fees. Refunds are applied to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking, original shipping & Insurance fees.We do not refund shipping charges.
  • Click the link contact us and complete the form. In the Message section Provide the reason for Return, Order#, Name, Phone Number.  wait for approval.
  • Ship the Product only after we Approve the return, the product(s) must be sent back to us in its original condition as mentioned in the conditions above in order to process the refund.
  • For all approved returns, customer must send the product back at your own expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with tracking information. REMY & VIRGIN™ will not be held responsible for lost packages
  • All returned products are inspected Upon receipt of the product. If it is evident that the item is determined to be used or tampered with, the products gets disqualified for any returns/exchange. you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return.   • After we confirm its unused and in its original condition , we’ll issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

  • No Restocking Fee for Exchanges.**All exchanges are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged**.

  • Ship the Product only after we Approve, the product(s) must be sent back to us in its original condition as mentioned in the conditions above in order to process the exchange.

  • After we confirm its unused, we’ll issue an invoice to cover the shipping cost to re-ship the product exchanged.
  • If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your return or exchange, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution or you will have to wait until we restock

  POST INSTALLATION ISSUES:

  •  REMY & VIRGIN™ do not accept any responsibility for any issues post Installations or cared for incorrectly.
  • Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. Please check our Hair Care Guide to understand more about how to properly treat, Manage and Maintain Raw Hair.
  •  However, In the rare occurrence of a problem with a product that cannot be resolved through routine maintenance. we would like to hear from you. Please Click the link contact us to keep us posted.
  •  REMY & VIRGIN™ has the right to refuse any return/exchange request. REMY & VIRGIN™ reserves the right to change/modify our policies at any time without giving prior notification.
