- As soon as you receive the shipment, all lace products have to be visually examined and can be gently combed to make sure everything looks perfect before the products are co-washed or used. If you find anything unusual please reach us out ASAP before co-washing or using it
- Please handle the lace very gently, we do not own responsible for any tangle/damages caused by improper handling of the lace products during and after the co-wash.
- We highly recommend you to watch the Video on how to co-wash the Lace products properly without causing any tangle or damage.
- Most of the issues with lace products can be avoided by handling them properly and gently during co-wash and installations. Please read and follow the instruction in the hair care guide for proper care and raw hair maintenance for all our Hair products.

Remy & Virgin extensions Carries only Natural Textures: Natural straight, Natural Wavy and Natural Curly. Since we only sell raw hair each bundle is from a distinct individual, each bundle is unique. Though very similar, no two bundles are the exact same in texture, color and pattern. As we try our best to pair the most alike bundles together, it’s possible to receive bundles that are slightly to moderately different in color shade and texture.
All HAIR comes in its natural off black to medium/light brown shades. We do try our best to choose bundles as requested but since raw hair is natural the softness/coarseness/texture/shades may be slightly different from what you exactly expect, you have to know the right products to be used and the maintenance required to keep the hair styled and maintained the way you like it to be.
WEFT DISCLAIMER
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. However, sewing through the wefts will cause the wefts to loosen, unravel, and shed excessively.
To keep your wefts in good condition and reusable, we suggest sewing around the wefts. In addition, we also suggest folding the wefts rather than cutting the weft, Cut the wefts only if its necessary and make sure you putting a drop of weft sealer adhesive on each end of the cut wefts to help prevent shedding.
All of our hair is semi double drawn meaning the hair ends looks more fuller than single drawn bundles, but contains various lengths with less short hair and more long hair throughout the bundle. However, the overall length is determined by the longest hair strands.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HAIR
All our products are measured as stretch lengths meaning, your hair extensions should be measured by stretching of the hair to the end.
Start 0 at the weft and measure to the ends of the bundle pulling the hair. All curly & wavy hair extensions must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Again, start 0 at the weft; pull the hair straight from the ends, and the length will be at the tips of the hair. Each bundle will not measure exactly when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can affect the fall of each strand.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 12 PM EST. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays:
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will be shipped out the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be dispatched the next business day.
- No deliveries on weekends and Holidays.

Signature on Delivery

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot amend addresses post-purchase. If the order returns due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment after paying the additional shipping fee. We cannot guarantee the same prices or stock availability for reorder.

Return unused/unaltered within 7 days:
At REMY & VIRGIN™, we prioritise customer satisfaction by providing a 7-day return and exchange policy for our hair extensions starting from the delivery date. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned unused and unaltered in its original condition within 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that removing the security ties or using, altering, or installing the product will void the return possibility.

REMY & VIRGIN™ does not accept any responsibility for any issues that arise once the product is used, altered, or if issues occur post-installation or due to incorrect care/maintenance. Returns or exchanges are not permitted in such cases. This includes damage resulting from color treatments or bleaching, cutting, any hair maintenance issues, incorrect installation, or any other purpose. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage to your hair or skin resulting from misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions.We strongly recommend to you to get the installations done by a professional stylists and get their recommendations on post installation issues.We are not responsible for any shipping delays or hair appointments cancellations.
10% Restocking Fee & Non-Refundable Shipping Fee:
All approved refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover Merchant Fees. Exchanges, on the other hand, are not subject to restocking fees. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, deducting the 10% restocking fee and any relevant shipping or customs fees. Please note that you will bear the extra return shipping expenses in case of incorrect address input or failure to retrieve the packages promptly.
Ensure satisfaction before using:
All our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure quality. We recommend that all our customers inspect the product as soon as they receive it to ensure it is flawless before using, altering, or installing it. You may wash, condition, and heat-style the hair while it is still secured with the security ties to guarantee full satisfaction before using the product. Please keep the security ties intact throughout the process.
Pre-Installation Checks:
You may follow our pre-installation checks outlined in our Hair Care Guide to ensure that the product is flawless before installation. Customer bears all the shipping Expense:
For all approved return & Exchange customer must send the product back at your own expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with tracking information. REMY & VIRGIN™ will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Returns or Exchanges must meet the following conditions:
Must raise return request within 7 days from date of delivery
Must be in the security ties, unused/unInstalled or unaltered in the same condition received.
Must not be chemically altered that includes color treatments, bleaching, perming.

Once approved, Ship the package at your own expense and email us the tracking details.
