Coloring Hair Extensions

Different types in coloring.

There are many coloring techniques used in the hair extension. Here are some of them:

  1. Ombre: The ombre mainly uses your natural hair color at the roots and mixtures it into your chosen color at the base. Ombre is the easiest one to maintain, where you don’t need to do high touch-ups treatments. It also has the quality to combine the different shade hair dye into the same color. Ombre highlights refrain the faded color to small segments of your hair.
  2. Balayage: Balayage is similar to Ombre. A mild painting directly on the tips of the hair that goes upward to the midpoint of your hair without any foil. Reverse Balayage can be followed by starting with a lighter color at the base to darker in the midpoint of the hair.
  3. Sombre: Sombre is a delicate form of Ombre coloring which diminishes between two colors that are comparable in tone. For example, caramel can be moderated between two shades of brown.
  4. Highlights: Highlights are dyed on a small section in light colors. This color difference all over the hair adds different proportions and highlights the style of haircut or shape of locks.
  5. Babylights and Ribbon highlights: These two are a polished form of highlights. The segments of the hair are lively even in a smaller content than the usual highlights. The two techniques differ from each other by the settlement on the hair. The tiny highlights on the lengths of hair, add small hints of color by ribbon highlights, whereas the Babylights are curled at the roots and edges of the face.
  6. Ecaille: It is also known as tortoiseshell, makes a soft mixture between gold and chocolates in the hair. There can also be a pinch of darker color used at the bottom of the hair to make it warmer or lighter as the honey nature.
