ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible at the same time, please allow 1 to 2 business days before your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center.If there is a delay, you will be notified via email.

 During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

SHIPPING DETAILS

All orders placed before 10:00 am EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays gets shipped on next business day.  All orders ship out within 24 hours. However, during sales/promotions/ holidays, shipping time may take a little longer.During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly possible.

REMY & VIRGIN is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays. During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. REMY & VIRGIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.

There may be a delay on weekends or federal holidays.

We advise that you do not schedule your hair appointment until you have received your hair.

LOST ITEMS

REMY & VIRGIN is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is en route. If you suspect that your package is stolen or lost please contact us at contact@remyandvirgin.com. We will contact USPS to try to locate your package; we will NOT refund or exchange your lost item.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office HERE

Tracking Orders:

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

All tracking info. will be sent out the evening of the day the item has been mailed out.

ALL ORDERS MAY REQUIRE SIGNATURE!

A signature may be required for all of our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and or shipping information inputted by the customer will cause delays as well. If you need additional information, please Email contact@remyandvirgin.com.

We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes

If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled. All orders are required signature, therefore we can not ship to P.O. BOXES.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case,  “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. 

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.  We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.
 
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. REMY & VIRGIN Hair Extensions does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

As much as we LOVE our overseas Clients, we are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you. We advise contacting your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country
