  2. Are there harmful ingredients in your hair ?

    • No. Our hair products are completely natural and pure, just like the hair on your head. All of our hair is triple quality checked, shampooed and conditioned at our unit in India and again in New Jersey.
  3. Why do you only sell Indian hair?

    • Primary reason, We are Indians, Born and raised in south India Chennai. We run our own factory in Chennai and are in this business for a decade.We procure hair from south Indian temple ourself and manufacture ourself.

Indian hair has proven to be the anchor in an industry flooded with so many interpretations and variations of hair. In fact, most hair is actually Indian hair masquerading as other hair.     • The hair comes from the temples in India. Every day more than 50,000 women and men from various parts of India visit the temple to donate their hair as a religious experience.     • Our products are made at our facility in India. We have a team of workers who have an impressive combined experience of 12 years in the industry. After manufacturing, and quality check, our products are sent to our facility in New Jersey for further inspection. If you are interested, learn more about our hair and processes.
  6. Is the Colored Hair Virgin?

    • No, colored hair is no longer Virgin. To achieve colored hair, we color our Virgin hair using our unique ammonia-free coloring process. When shopping on our site, If the color you select is not Virgin Natural #1B, then the hair has been colored and is not Virgin.
  7. Can i color your Virgin hair?

    • Virgin hair can be colored. Since all hair is natural and can vary, some hair may be harder to lift than others. Always remember you can only go 2 to 3 levels lighter with virgin #1B hair. To go lighter will require bleaching, which should be left to licensed professionals. Colored hair should not be colored. Since the hair has already gone through one chemical process to achieve the color, treating it again could lead to undesirable results.
    • Our advice is always to have your hair colored by a licensed professional or hair colorist. If you do decide to color your hair on your own, we always recommend you perform a strand test on a small section of the hair.     • Absolutely! The shipping process sometimes flattens the hair, and a gentle wash or co-wash can really bring it back to life.

    • Weaves & Bulk Hair

      • For a full install, we recommend two packs if you are trying to achieve 18 inches and under. For 20 inches and over, we may recommend a 3rd pack for a full installation. It’s always better to purchase a little extra rather than not enough. You can always return any unopened packs or use any leftover for a future purchase. You can never have enough hair!
    • Fusion Hair

      • We recommend 150 to 200 strands for a full installation. That’s 6 to 8 packs depending on how complete of a look you are trying to achieve.
    • Tape Hair

      • We recommend 6 to 8 packs for a full installation.
    • Clip Ons

      • One set will add length and volume, but two sets will make you an all-out diva! Go for two if glam is what you are after. This includes Volumizers, but please know that installing 2 Volumizers can be tricky. Contact us for more info.

    • Take a peek at our color and matching system where you can view color swatches of our most popular colors. Our hair colors have proven to work for the most popular and desirable natural shades.
    • However, due to the nature of natural hair, colors can have slight variations. If you are particular about your shade, we encourage you to upload a photo right from your computer and phone from the form located right on this page so we can do our best to hand-select your best match. Easy peasy.
    • Our customer service team is relentless about making sure you are satisfied with your hair from beginning to end, so do not hesitate to reach out for help. We can even send you photos of the actual hair you would be receiving. We will work closely with you to find your perfectly matched color.
  15. What products should I use on my hair?

    • We only recommend high-quality hair care products. Always choose sulfate-free products. Avoid using cheap products found at your local drug or grocery store. These products contain chemicals that can dry out the hair. Besides, your local stores often stock old products, which can cause certain chemical agents within the product to be deactivated.
    • We choose the high-quality sulfate-free product, and we recommend our Inspire Hair Care line.
  16. How often should I wash my hair?

    • We recommend shampooing and conditioning the hair at least once a week using professional-grade products. If you have Clip-On extensions, this will be about every fourth wear. Since the hair is no longer attached to a live root, properly cleansing and conditioning your extensions is crucial.
    • Over shampooing (more than 3-4 times a week) will lead to drying out the hair.
    • Under shampooing (less than once a week) can lead to building up, which will cause tangling and matting.
